Wyoming Home Care Medicaid

The Community Choices Waiver, generally known as CCW, is Wyoming's primary Medicaid alternative to nursing-facility care for people who'd rather remain at home or in the community. The Department describes CCW as available to older adults age 65 or older who are already on, or eligible for, Medicaid, as well as adults ages 19 through 64 who have a confirmed qualifying disability.
